Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Registered with SSM, Local Authority / Government Agency / Professional Body / Business registered under the Trade Licensing Ordinance 1948 (Sabah & Sarawak)
  • Hold a valid MSME Status Certificate with Micro status
  • At least 60% Malaysian ownership
  • Have a valid business license issued by the Local Authority (PBT)
  • At least 24 months in operation
  • Business owners aged 55 and above are required to provide an additional guarantor who will be the successor to the business.

Those approved for this program will enjoy 2% profit rate per annum.

The financing covers:

  1. Purchase of raw materials, stock, inventory, or consumables;
  2. Purchase or rental of IT hardware and software (including licensing and subscription fees);
  3. Purchase or rental of machinery and small equipment;
  4. Renovation of business premises, including the purchase of fixtures and fittings;
  5. Operating expenses (OPEX) such as salaries, utilities, rent, and others.

The financing tenure is up to a maximum of 5 years, with an additional 6-month grace period.

Our approval process depends on the documents provided and varies for each application. For approved applications, funding will be disbursed within one (1) to three (3) working days.

This programme offers from RM 50,000 to RM 200,000
